Contract Lawyer (Remote, Spain)

About the role

Moritz is seeking experienced contract lawyers to join its curated network of independent attorneys. This fully remote, project‑based position allows you to work with leading technology companies on commercial agreements, offering flexibility and autonomy while delivering high‑quality legal work.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, data‑processing agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
• Provide precise, high‑quality legal output with fast turnaround times.
• Manage multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Licensed abogado/abogada in Spain, in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
