Corporate Communication Lead

About the role

Persán, a multinational home and personal care company, is seeking a Corporate Communication Lead to shape and execute its internal and external communication strategy. You will be the central figure ensuring consistent, integrated messaging across all business units and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external communication activities, guaranteeing alignment across the group.
• Build and maintain a high‑impact communications network covering all business areas and sites.
• Define, implement and measure engagement campaigns that raise awareness and activate key audiences.
• Create and manage multimedia content for intranet, website, newsletters and social media platforms.
• Oversee corporate social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), handling strategy, community management, monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure editorial excellence through writing, editing and proofreading for all audiences.
• Lead integration communication for the Mibelle acquisition, delivering transparent change messaging and fostering cultural cohesion.
• Provide strategic communication advice to senior leadership and support the overall corporate narrative.
• Develop and maintain an issues and crisis communication framework to protect the brand during critical events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate communication programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong track record in integration and change communication.
• Excellent editorial skills with the ability to produce high‑quality content for diverse channels.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to advise senior leaders on messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing and managing crisis communication plans.
