Country Manager – Spain

About the role

Notion is seeking a Country Manager to own and grow its presence in Spain. This market‑building role will act as the local leader, driving revenue, brand awareness, and ecosystem partnerships while aligning with global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for all revenue generated in Spain.
• Develop and execute a market strategy based on deep insight into local users, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Build momentum through community events, startup collaborations, strategic partnerships, and customer advocacy.
• Represent Notion publicly at press, events, and executive conversations to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customer outcomes.
• Establish a repeatable operating cadence for market planning, pipeline generation, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Founder‑like energy with a proven track record of building a business from 0 to 1 in a market or segment.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and taking high ownership.
• Passionate about Notion’s mission to empower people with AI‑enhanced workspaces.

Required skills

• Technical fluency to demo Notion and AI agents to technical audiences.
• Ability to discuss integrations, workflows, and AI use cases with developers and product teams.
