Country Operations Manager

About the role

Domes Resorts is seeking a Country Operations Manager to lead its expansion in Spain. This senior leadership position holds full General Manager accountability across all properties in the country, acting as the primary bridge between the hotels and the Group leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for hotel operations in Tenerife, aligned with Group objectives.
• Support the annual business plan, operating budget, and CAPEX plan, ensuring delivery of agreed targets.
• Represent the Domes brand with key stakeholders and tourism authorities in the Canary Islands.
• Oversee all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa & Wellness, Engineering) to maintain world‑class operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across every guest touchpoint.
• Manage brand partner relationships and compliance with brand standards and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections, performance reviews, and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Maintain top‑tier guest satisfaction scores and monitor platform rankings.
• Collaborate with Group Commercial and Sales teams to maximize total revenue.
• Provide monthly reports and forecasts to Group ownership and senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi‑property hotel management.
• Track record of delivering financial targets and managing operating budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with tourism authorities.
• Experience overseeing all hotel functions, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior teams and drive continuous improvement.
