Creative Associate – Video Content Producer

About the role

Roc360 is seeking a highly creative Video Content Producer to join its marketing team in Madrid. You will own the end‑to‑end production of video assets that support podcasts, interviews, thought‑leadership, social media, product marketing and brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard and produce video content from concept through delivery.
• Film interviews, podcasts, talking‑head pieces, educational material, events and B‑roll.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones and other production gear.
• Direct talent on‑set to ensure engaging, high‑quality footage.
• Edit long‑form videos for YouTube, podcasts, webinars and educational series.
• Create short‑form clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, sound design, color correction and audio mixing.
• Design motion graphics, animations, lower thirds and branded visual assets using After Effects.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline scripting, voice enhancement, captioning and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography, storytelling, motion graphics and editing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
