Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Brand Department at our European headquarters in Madrid. You will be responsible for creating engaging online and print designs, adapting marketing content for multiple markets, and ensuring visual consistency across all brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the adaptation and localization of marketing content for diverse markets, guaranteeing cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive visual guidelines for digital assets and co‑marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with country brand DRIs and interns to execute visual guidelines, distribute assets, and manage review and approval processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product development, and regional teams.
• Strong communication skills to bridge agencies and markets.
• Creative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends and technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Graphic and video design capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest in AI tools for generating creative concepts and supporting basic design tasks.
