Missions principales

• Design high-impact static and video assets, primarily using Figma, for performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and media buying teams to align visual strategy with business goals.
• Translate performance data and KPIs into compelling visual concepts and creative iterations.
• Contribute to creative copywriting, including catchy headlines and engaging video scripts.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify visual trends and optimize creative strategies.
• Stay at the forefront of design technology by integrating AI tools and new creative workflows.
• Organize and systematize design assets to ensure efficient reuse and scalability.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically for digital advertising and performance marketing.
• A data-driven mindset: you don't just design for aesthetics, but for conversion and impact.
