CRM Manager - Iberia & Greece, High Luxury Brand

About the role

A prestigious high-luxury brand is recruiting a CRM Manager based in Madrid, responsible for CRM and clienteling across Spain, Portugal and Greece. The role works closely with boutique and retail teams to strengthen client relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM and clienteling strategies across the three markets, aligned with the brand's global objectives
• Monitor and analyse clienteling KPIs and performance, identifying trends and improvement areas
• Drive initiatives that increase customer loyalty and lifetime value
• Work with boutique teams to design and run clienteling activities and support retail teams in adopting CRM tools
• Coordinate CRM activities, campaigns and clienteling initiatives across the region
• Visit boutiques to support teams on the ground, share best practices and monitor implementation
• Take part in client events and other initiatives that enhance engagement and loyalty

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both mandatory
• Previous experience in CRM, clienteling or customer relationship management, preferably in the luxury industry
• Ability to work independently across multiple markets and extensive willingness to travel across Spain, Portugal and Greece
