CRM Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a CRM Manager for its CRM team in Madrid. The team builds lasting user relationships by analysing customer behaviour and mapping the full lifecycle, crafting targeted communications and offers. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, aligned with business objectives
• Define and evolve the CRM playbook and collaborate with other squads
• Lead and develop a team of CRM specialists, set priorities and establish quality assurance and operational standards
• Monitor channel saturation, audience overlaps and campaign conflicts
• Oversee the quality of campaigns, automations and customer journeys, and partner with Product and Data teams
• Review performance reports, set benchmarks and use behavioural, transactional, demographic and lifestyle data to inform strategy
• Act as the main contact with cross-functional stakeholders and keep them informed

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience leading, managing or coordinating a CRM team
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus

Required skills

• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Braze or similar
• HTML proficiency and ability to validate technical campaign implementations
• Customer segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing and CRM automation
• A/B testing, dynamic content and campaign optimisation
