CRM Solutions Engineer

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a CRM Solutions Engineer in Madrid. The role sits at the intersection of data, strategy and customer engagement: turning user data and business questions into actionable insights that improve how Fever retains and grows its global user base. It sits within the Marketing & Growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses and behavioural analytics frameworks.
• Define measurement and attribution methods for CRM initiatives, quantifying the impact of engagement campaigns on retention, frequency and revenue.
• Turn business questions into structured analyses and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards and data products.
• Help the CRM execution team define audience targeting logic, personalisation rules and trigger conditions.
• Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) and propose data-backed strategies.
• Align Marketing, Product and Data teams on customer strategy and CRM roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or Computer Science).
• 2-5 years of experience in a data-analytical role such as customer analytics, business intelligence, management consulting (strategy/analytics practice) or CRM strategy.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking and ability to build business cases and explain data findings to non-technical audiences.
• High-level English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong SQL, able to write complex queries independently.
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Plus: BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI); CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Braze) are helpful but not required.
