Culinary Experience Instructor & Host

About the role

We are looking for a passionate culinary instructor and host to lead interactive cooking workshops at The Cooking Clubhouse. The role combines teaching, hospitality and creativity to deliver memorable food experiences for diverse participants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the workshop area, ensuring cleanliness and organization before, during and after each session.
• Lead hands‑on cooking classes, demonstrating techniques, ingredient selection and practical tips.
• Guide participants through the preparation and plating of dishes, fostering interaction and community.
• Welcome guests, check them in, serve beverages and answer questions throughout the session.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain mise en place and support future classes.
• Assist senior instructors during the first month to learn the teaching methodology.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency for communication with international participants.
• Excellent communication and social skills, comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Previous hospitality experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable mindset.

• Annual salary €21,000–€24,000 gross, with performance review after two months.
