Customer Care Specialist – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our French‑market support team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for diners and restaurant partners using TheFork’s reservation platform, helping them resolve issues across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide guidance on using our electronic reservation book, website and mobile app.
• Understand each customer’s situation and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona.
• Native‑level French and fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience working in a customer support environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
