Customer Care Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Care Specialist at Amenitiz, you will be the primary point of contact for independent hoteliers and property owners using our platform. You will help them resolve issues, build confidence in the product, and become self‑sufficient users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via chat, phone, and email, ensuring timely assistance.
• Guide customers through the platform, increasing product knowledge and reducing reliance on reactive support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to Product and Engineering when needed.
• Build strong relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term retention.
• Monitor feedback to identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to close the feedback loop.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new features and product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish (native) and strong written and verbal English.
• At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing role (chat, phone, or email support).
• Excellent communication skills, able to adapt tone to different customer profiles.
• Structured problem‑solver, calm under pressure, and highly organized.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
