Customer Experience Lead - CWC Barcelona

About the role

HP is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join its Customer Welcome Center (CWC) team in Barcelona. The role manages and coordinates executive-level briefings, takes part in general sessions and presentations, and ensures they are engaging, informative and aligned with company standards. Onsite presence is expected because of customer-facing and collaboration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and readiness of executive visits at the CWC Barcelona, focusing on ABM and Global Accounts engagement.
• Deliver basic tours and demonstrations that turn product features into business outcomes for customers.
• Plan, manage and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions and presentations from request to post-event follow-up.
• Present and tailor content introducing the showcase and solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with departments to gather information, discussion leaders' attendance and briefing materials.
• Develop and maintain briefing schedules and share updates and changes.
• Liaise with executives, staff and external stakeholders to meet briefing objectives.
• Oversee briefing materials such as presentations, agendas and reports.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and evaluate briefings to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate initiatives to increase traffic into the center.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in project management, sales, channel, program management, marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
