Customer Project Manager – Health Systems Imaging & Image Guided Therapy

About the role

Responsible for the effective execution of the Order Realization Process (ORP) and active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (OAP). The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Key responsibilities

• Support the OAP by conducting site assessments, creating site preparation packages, and developing project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead the ORP by creating project schedules in PSA, coordinating materials and resources, reviewing progress with stakeholders, managing issues and risks, and ensuring customer acceptance and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 2 years of equipment installation experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in project implementation or team coordination.
• Project management certification (CAPM or PMP preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
