Customer Representative - Bilingual (French-speaking) - Onsite

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑speaking Customer Representative to join our on‑site team in Barcelona. You will be part of a global technology and services leader that supports well‑known fashion brands, providing assistance through phone, email, chat and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, voicemail, chat or automated alerts.
• Resolve customer requests and issues, ensuring responses are delivered within the defined SLA.
• Log call details accurately in the call management system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, products and applications relevant to each client.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French with an advanced level of English.
• Strong customer‑care attitude and ability to listen and understand client needs.
• Willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Open‑minded and comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of internet configuration and related IT platforms.
