Customer Service & Back‑Office Agent (German)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as a Customer Service and Back‑Office Agent supporting a leasing company. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling high‑volume customer and service requests while using German language skills. Comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming customer and service tasks quickly and accurately across multiple systems.
• Enter and update customer, contract, invoice, and service data in ERP, CRM, and internal portals.
• Handle requests from email, workflow tools, portals, and internal departments.
• Validate information, identify missing or incorrect data, and ensure proper case fulfillment.
• Escalate unclear or special cases to the responsible team.
• Support the Customer Service team by maintaining high data quality and reliable case handling.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at high speed.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Basic proficiency in German (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
