Customer Service Desk Team Lead – Europe

About the role

Archroma is seeking a proactive Customer Service Desk Team Lead for Europe. In this permanent, full‑time position you will head a team of eight multi‑skilled professionals, ensuring smooth Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local and regional support within Sales & Distribution, managing order approvals, fulfillment monitoring, shortage handling and audit support.
• Drive process improvements and harmonisation at the regional level, implement new tools and workflows, and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate regional and global projects, act as the primary contact for SAP SD/O2C implementations, and lead process design together with IT.
• Support sales teams on strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and onboard team members, deliver training on Archroma’s AACC framework, and promote efficient communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business experience in an Order‑to‑Cash or Sales & Distribution function.
• Proven leadership experience managing a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures.

Required skills

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) expertise.
