Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) – Fashion Industry

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. You will support well‑known fashion brands, handling customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and other messages from customers.
• Log interactions in the call management system and resolve issues within SLA.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services specific to each client.
• Escalate complex issues to a mentor or higher‑level support when needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and advanced English.
• Strong customer‑care attitude and ability to listen to client needs.
• Willingness to take ownership of calls and see them through to resolution.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic internet configuration skills.
