Customer Service Representative (Remote, Spain)

About the role

This fully remote position supports customers across Spain through online channels, delivering high‑quality experiences in a virtual environment. You will engage with clients via phone, video calls and chat, helping them resolve inquiries and navigate services while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional support through phone, Zoom and other virtual communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries, enrollment processes and general service guidance.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions or escalations, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Collaborate with remote team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal processes and guidelines.

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
