Customer Service Representative – Spanish & French (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Medical Products team in Barcelona. The role is temporary (12 months) and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to combine office presence with remote work while supporting hospitals, clinics and internal customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order fulfilment cycle, including receipt, processing and handling of emergency orders using ERP systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with the European warehouse and process invoices in collaboration with the European Accounting Service Centre.
• Provide basic product and pricing information to customers, primarily hospitals and clinics.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish, French and English, adapting to country‑specific processes and cultural expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality, efficiency and overall business performance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/IT systems.
• Familiarity with eCommerce solutions is highly desirable.
