Customer Service & Supply Chain Officer

About the role

Join BASF Agricultural Solutions to support farmers and growers by ensuring smooth order processing, delivery coordination and stock management. You will act as a key link between customers, logistics providers and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, issue invoices and credit notes in line with tax regulations.
• Handle product deliveries, returns and provide order status updates to the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer master data and supervise stock levels, ageing analysis and physical inventory.
• Record customer complaints according to corporate procedures.
• Apply commercial policy using IT tools, update Web Order Entry and SAP sales master data.
• Support the Regional Supply Chain Manager with forecasting, refilling, repackaging and relabeling activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP COBALT modules for Sales Order Management.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
