Customer Success Analyst

About the role

Establishment Labs is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to deliver exceptional service to its global clientele. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory replenishment, and timely resolution of complaints while upholding the company’s mission and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track sales orders, investigate issues, and coordinate pick‑ups with logistics providers.
• Generate invoices, credit notes, and manage returns while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, freight forwarders, and the Commercial Department to guarantee timely shipments and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor backorders, offer replacements, and communicate order status to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Success experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering, and inventory control.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
