Customs & Transport Specialist

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a Customs & Transport Specialist to support its international trade operations. Reporting to the Global Transport & Customs Manager, you will ensure smooth import and export processes while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise end‑to‑end import and export procedures.
• Prepare, review, and validate all customs documentation.
• Coordinate clearances with customs agents, freight forwarders, and official bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.
• Classify goods using HS codes and handle tariff classification.
• Manage certificates of origin, Incoterms, and customs regimes.
• Resolve customs incidents and follow up on inspections.
• Keep regulatory and normative information up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs management.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European customs regulations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
