Cyber Security Officer (CSO)

About the role

The Cyber Security Officer will coordinate cybersecurity and technology risk‑management activities for a specific product or area. The role strengthens the team by automating security controls, handling manual security tasks, and ensuring governance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Group Cybersecurity Strategy and ensure adoption of global minimum security controls.
• Assess and evaluate cybersecurity and technology risks across projects, third parties, systems, and information.
• Automate manual security controls using AI‑based solutions and agents.
• Develop and maintain procedures and controls to meet regulatory, legal, and corporate best‑practice requirements.
• Drive the implementation of global defenses, policies, controls, and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security assessments, risk analysis, or technology control reviews.
• Hands‑on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Devin, GitHub Copilot) – highly valued.
• Practical knowledge of agents, automated workflows, and AI applied to business processes.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and integration/orchestration tools.
• Background in process automation and operational improvement.
