Data Analyst

About the role

Deel is looking for a Data Analyst to join its fast‑growing marketing analytics team. You will help translate business questions into data‑driven insights that enable the company to scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers on cross‑functional projects.
• Design and build dashboards and self‑service tools in Looker for a multi‑faceted growth organization.
• Develop a clean, highly scalable marketing data model in Snowflake using dbt.
• Partner with Marketing Leadership to answer complex growth‑strategy questions.
• Analyze landing pages, A/B tests, audience segments, ads, and creatives to optimize paid and unpaid channels.
• Drive audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and lead‑generation analytics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing data analysis.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
