Data & Analytics Trainee (Madrid)

About the role

Globant is looking for a Data & Analytics Trainee to join our Madrid office. You will support business partners in turning data into actionable insights and help shape digital products that connect businesses with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
• Help monitor and interpret web analytics through Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and digital marketing concepts.
• Proactive, curious, and analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in learning quickly and building a career in data‑driven decision making.
