Data Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Protime, part of the SD Worx group, is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Data Consultant to join its Barcelona team. You will combine technical expertise with direct customer interaction, helping clients get the most out of our HR software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with interface and reporting needs, analysing and implementing technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot data interfaces and reports for HR systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making.
• Guarantee data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of an object‑oriented programming language.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Analytical, logical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Residence in or near Barcelona (or Málaga) with legal right to work in Spain.
