Data & People Analytics Internship (12 months)

About the role

Join Celonis as a People Analytics Intern and support the Data Analytics & Transformation team in turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will work on real HR data, collaborate with analytics professionals, and help shape the employee experience through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data in systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
• Assist data engineers in integrating employee data sources into Celocore and visualization tools.
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of AI‑powered HR agents to automate routine processes.
• Conduct basic statistical analysis on recruitment, engagement, turnover and retention metrics.
• Develop, update and distribute dashboards and regular HR reports.

Required profile

• Current graduate or recent graduate in Business, Data Science, HR, or a related field.
• Strong interest in people analytics and data‑driven HR strategy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other recruitment systems.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Basic data‑visualisation skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or similar).
