Data Scientist – Design and Improve Data Pipelines

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a Data Scientist to join its small, talent‑dense teams. You will help build and optimise data pipelines, ensure data quality, and create internal tools that empower product teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve scalable data pipelines and data systems.
• Validate data, define metrics, and enhance the robustness of reporting and analytics.
• Build internal data products such as reporting engines and forecasting tools.
• Partner with multiple teams to provide analytical and modeling support for business planning and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, surface insights, and study market trends.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
