About the role

Recordati is looking for a Sales Delegate to promote and sell its portfolio of products in the Pediatrics, General Medicine and Pharmacy Office segments. The position is based in Madrid and focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while driving commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed commercial objectives and activity standards within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop business plans for the territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Effectively manage accounts, including coverage frequency and orientation.
• Analyze data to identify viable business opportunities and coordinate resources.
• Identify and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Comply with the ethical code and pharmaceutical industry regulations in all interactions with health professionals.

Required profile

• University degree completed; a background in health sciences is highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years experience selling to pharmacies, managing both sell‑in and sell‑out.
• Previous experience with mixed visits is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with HCPs.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑driven, analytical, organized and capable of planning.
• Initiative, proactivity and strong work ethic.
