Deployment Strategist - French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a Deployment Strategist who is fluent in French to join HappyRobot’s AI workforce platform. In this role you will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers throughout the full deployment lifecycle, from discovery with senior executives to prototype delivery and production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with C‑level and VP stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI use cases and assess business value.
• Lead discovery workshops, map workflows, and define realistic scoping of effort versus impact.
• Build and deliver prototypes that demonstrate early value and guide full‑scale implementation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, manage integrations, data requirements, and platform constraints.
• Maintain a strategic, business‑value lens throughout delivery, adjusting plans to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background with ability to write code and build prototypes.
• Strategic mindset focused on identifying and delivering business value.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in French and English.
