DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & CI/CD

About the role

Join Multiverse Computing as a DevOps Engineer and help shape the delivery pipeline for cutting‑edge quantum‑inspired and AI software. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate, scale, and secure our cloud‑native solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement DevOps strategies that improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Automate deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management of large‑scale solutions on AWS and/or Azure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar platforms.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with the founding team and quantum experts in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure and security issues, providing root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1‑4 years of hands‑on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven experience with large‑scale, secure, high‑availability solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform preferred).
• CI/CD pipeline tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
• Scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).
