DevOps Engineer

About the role

Aistech Space is seeking a DevOps Engineer to act as a technical catalyst for its software organization. You will remove operational friction, build self‑service infrastructure, and ensure that cloud‑native platforms scale with the growing satellite constellation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GCP‑based cloud‑native infrastructure supporting all services.
• Design and deliver self‑service tools and automated workflows that enable developers to provision and manage their own workloads.
• Maintain and improve the OpenTofu/Terragrunt and Argo CD ecosystems, introducing architectural enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
• Implement zero‑trust security patterns using OpenBao, Keycloak and related tooling, and embed observability throughout the deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align platform capabilities with product delivery needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering with a focus on accelerating team velocity.
• “Enabler” mindset – treating developers as primary customers and delivering solutions that empower them.
• Strong communication and partnership skills, able to advocate for pragmatic, developer‑friendly processes.
