Digital Business Expert - Accounts & Services

About the role

ING is looking for a Digital Business Expert to join its Surfing Account squad within the Daily Banking & Savings Tribe in Madrid. The team's aim is to deliver excellent service to transactional customers and move them toward Mobile Primary Bank, while offering added-value services such as Travel Plan, Global Exchange and Tax Down.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to customer development by offering added-value services and encouraging customers to set up their payroll as Mobile Primary Bank
• Follow up campaigns continuously, working closely with Marketing and Customer Intelligence
• Design the communication strategy to increase penetration of the various services
• Keep operational and financial risks under control in line with internal and external regulations
• Lead partner relationships and build strong communication with all ING stakeholders
• Improve customer satisfaction by managing the Voice of the Customer and proposing improvements

Required profile

• Customer-centric mindset, with experience analysing customer trends, behaviours and usage patterns
• Able to work autonomously, take initiative and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• High adaptability to changing environments and priorities

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy
• Strong analytical skills
