Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Nabu Casa is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow its online presence. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role will manage digital channels, launch campaigns, and optimise spend to introduce more users to the Home Assistant platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance of digital channels – website, email, SEO, paid, and social – with clear targets for reach, conversion, and subscriber growth.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Develop and improve organic search presence through content strategy and on‑site SEO.
• Run email marketing for Cloud subscribers, including lifecycle flows, release announcements, and re‑engagement.
• Manage paid digital spend, allocate budget, and optimise ROI across channels.
• Track, report, and act on weekly performance data, surfacing insights and prioritising actions.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to translate product messaging into channel‑specific copy and creative.
• Grow community presence on forums, Reddit, YouTube, and related open‑source spaces.
• Test new growth levers such as affiliate, referral, partnerships, and influencer programs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running digital channels including SEO, email, paid social/search and content.
• Ability to work autonomously, set agendas, and drive projects from brief to analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on performance metrics.
• Comfort communicating with technically sophisticated, community‑rooted audiences.
