Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Barcelona office. The role focuses on creating conversion‑driven content, optimizing SEO, and managing our digital channels to support franchise growth across Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt website copy, blog posts, landing pages and brochures with a strong focus on SEO and conversion.
• Apply basic SEO principles: research user intent, optimise titles, meta descriptions and content structure.
• Manage website updates using WordPress and other CMS tools, ensuring consistency and best‑practice formatting.
• Support CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) by creating email workflows, lead‑nurturing sequences and maintaining data quality.
• Schedule and publish social‑media content on LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and YouTube, moderate interactions and respond to reviews.
• Produce newsletters, internal communications and PR material, and monitor campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and SEO.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt content for local markets (Spain & Portugal).
• Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and internal developers.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance and suggest improvements.
