Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position is based in Spain and focuses on driving high‑impact digital marketing initiatives in a data‑driven environment. You will enhance online visibility, improve search performance, and optimise both paid and organic channels across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, content marketing, and paid‑media strategies to increase traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Perform technical SEO, keyword research and on‑page optimisation to boost website performance.
• Manage, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and key marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, product and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Configure and maintain tracking, tagging and reporting frameworks (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Support content management within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring consistency and performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an enterprise or large‑agency setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
• SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz
• HTML, CSS and technical SEO principles
• Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI
• Enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, etc.)
