Digital Sales Manager – Tech & Digital Consulting

About the role

eXalt Madrid is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive growth in the Spanish Tech & Digital market. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and consultant recruitment within an ESN environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Tech & Digital sector.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Understand clients’ technical and business needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
• Source and recruit top IT & Digital consultants (employees and subcontractors).
• Match the right talent with the right project and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage contractual aspects and ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools.
• Follow up on consultants’ assignments with regular meetings with both clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an ESN or IT consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of service‑based business dynamics, client expectations, and consultant management.
• Ability to develop client relationships and close sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
