About the role

We are seeking a Project Director to lead a newly awarded, high‑impact international infrastructure project. This role offers full ownership of a complex engineering programme, from early design through to construction and commissioning, within a seasoned multinational construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and execute the overall project strategy.
• Lead all phases of delivery, from project set‑up to final hand‑over.
• Maintain strict control of budget, schedule and risk registers.
• Manage contracts, client relationships and key stakeholder expectations.
• Direct multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and serve as the primary interface with clients, partners and authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of post‑graduation experience in large‑scale infrastructure.
• Proven delivery on at least two dam projects.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
