Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking a strategic leader to head its revenue management function. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the resort’s revenue strategy, drive profitability, and protect its market position across a portfolio of 462 luxury rooms and suites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall revenue management strategy, including pricing, segmentation, distribution, and inventory management.
• Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams through demand analysis and market trend evaluation.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term revenue planning processes.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, RevPAR Index, and Market Penetration Index.
• Interpret market intelligence, STR reports, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure an integrated commercial approach.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to the Executive Committee and drive initiatives that optimise profitability and business mix.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Highly analytical, data‑driven, and capable of translating insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills, able to work closely with cross‑functional leadership.
