E-Commerce Operation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operation Specialist to drive our online sales strategy, manage product propositions and seasonal promotions, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce sales strategies, product listings and seasonal promotion plans.
• Update and maintain product information, design marketing campaigns and manage day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations.
• Lead end‑to‑end project management for product launches and marketing initiatives, coordinating all relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse market competition, conduct SWOT analyses and tailor product positioning to differentiate our offering.
• Monitor local market trends, consumer behaviour and campaign data to continuously optimise performance.
• Leverage online and offline resources to boost brand awareness for mi.com and foster an online shopping culture.
• Prepare insightful reports and present data‑driven recommendations to sales leaders on branding and operational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce ecosystems.
• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, online operations, sales planning, product management or product marketing.
• Self‑motivated, result‑driven, creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ambition to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Proven project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
