EHS Digital Leader

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an EHS Digital Leader to drive the digitalisation of its Environmental, Health and Safety processes. The role will combine EHS expertise with digital transformation skills to improve safety, sustainability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve EHS dashboards and KPI data, ensuring data integrity and governance across systems.
• Identify, evaluate and implement digital solutions and technology roadmaps to enhance EHS performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Operations, Maintenance and external vendors to design, deploy and integrate EHS software tools and reporting platforms.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to foster a digital‑first mindset and drive adoption of new tools across the EHS community.
• Extend AI features, monitor emerging digital trends and continuously modernise EHS systems.
• Support data analytics and system integration, aligning projects with corporate IT architecture and business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Sciences or Health & Safety.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, EHS system integration, data analytics or software implementation.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong change‑management capabilities and high adaptability to new technologies.

Required skills

• Expertise in EHS management software.
• Dashboarding and data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• AI applications and data‑governance concepts.
• Integration experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HR platforms).
