Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment and industrial facilities in the Valencian Community. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Conduct routine inspections to detect wear, defects, and potential failures.
• Document maintenance actions, downtime, spare‑part usage, and corrective measures in a CMMS.
• Monitor spare‑part inventory and ensure efficient consumption.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance and minimise operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards, including proper PPE use.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of industrial machinery.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects to optimise maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Required profile

• Vocational training (intermediate or advanced) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably food industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
