EMEA PS Services Category Offer Lead

About the role

HP is looking for an EMEA PS Services Offer Lead to join its Category team. The role owns the PS Services offer strategy across EMEA, working closely with countries, central teams and category stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and increase Services attach and contribution. It suits someone who combines commercial thinking, analytical rigor and a practical approach to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the EMEA PS Services offer strategy, aligned with global priorities and regional market opportunities.
• Drive attach and c-rate improvement by identifying performance gaps, growth levers and scalable commercial actions across countries and routes to market.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, specialists and country stakeholders to build engagement, remove friction and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Use data and business insights to find performance gaps and growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Create a culture of ownership by setting clear priorities, encouraging constructive challenge and holding teams accountable through 4P business planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in category management, portfolio management, business development, sales strategy, services or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to turn market insights and business data into actionable growth plans and measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, balancing strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
