EMEA Sales & Commercial Director – Beverages

About the role

The company is a leading FMCG business undergoing a commercial transformation and is seeking an EMEA Sales & Commercial Director for its beverages portfolio. Based in Spain, you will drive the commercial agenda across the EMEA region, focusing on both distributor‑led and direct‑sales markets in mainland Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the EMEA beverage business.
• Own regional performance targets and deliver growth across distributor and direct channels.
• Strengthen commercial capability by upgrading teams and implementing performance‑driven processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to build an agile, results‑focused organisation.
• Navigate change in a fast‑moving, potentially PE‑backed environment.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with extensive FMCG experience (beer, spirits, coffee or soft drinks).
• Proven track record managing distributor‑led and direct‑sales markets.
• Deep knowledge of mainland Europe, especially Spain.
• Demonstrated ability to upgrade commercial teams and drive performance.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort operating at pace through change.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Exposure to a private‑equity backed environment is a plus.
