End User Computing Workplace Architect

About the role

Inetum, a European leader in digital services with 28,000 consultants and experts, is hiring a full-time End User Computing (EUC) Workplace Architect. The role designs, implements and optimises the digital workplace so that end users have a seamless, secure and efficient experience, working with IT, security and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that support productivity, mobility and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop EUC solutions for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
• Lead the architecture and deployment of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager (Intune) and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
• Assess current workplace environments and recommend technology upgrades or process improvements
• Work with cybersecurity teams to meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain technical standards, documentation and architecture diagrams
• Evaluate tools that improve end-user productivity and experience
• Guide EUC support teams and drive automation for device provisioning, application deployment, patching and configuration management
• Stay up to date with emerging digital workplace technologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in end user computing, workplace architecture or related IT roles
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• English at international level (certified preferred, minimum CEFR B2; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Windows OS, MDM and VDI solutions
• Device lifecycle management, application packaging and deployment, identity and access management
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect or Citrix Certified Expert are a plus
