Enterprise Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics Manager

As the Enterprise Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics Manager you will ensure full transparency of company performance across Sales, Finance, HR and Operations by establishing a consistent, automated and decision‑oriented reporting landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the company‑wide KPI framework aligned with strategic targets (Revenue, EBIT, growth, efficiency).
• Ensure harmonised KPI definitions across SAP (Finance & HR), Salesforce and Power BI, establishing a single source of truth.
• Own and enhance executive dashboards in Power BI and prepare structured monthly performance reports for leadership.
• Develop and maintain cross‑functional performance dashboards for Sales, Finance, HR and other operational areas, identifying trends, risks and performance drivers.
• Design data models integrating SAP and Salesforce data in Power BI and drive automation of reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to ensure scalable and reliable data architecture.
• Define reporting standards, documentation and ensure data quality and governance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in enterprise‑wide business intelligence, reporting and analytics.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) and driving data‑centric decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and support business case validation.
