Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex localization and enterprise delivery projects in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven international environment. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing multilingual projects for enterprise clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise localization and translation projects across multiple languages and service lines.
• Coordinate workflows, timelines, budgets and quality assurance to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing project‑level support.
• Collaborate with linguists, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency.
• Identify risks, resolve escalations and make autonomous decisions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with processes, quality standards and client expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in localization project management or enterprise project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes and translation technologies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
