Ethics & Compliance Internship – Discover II 2026/2027

About the role

Join Airbus’s Ethics and Compliance team in Getafe for an 11‑month, full‑time internship as part of the Discover II 2026/2027 graduate program. You will work on real‑world compliance projects, gaining hands‑on experience in risk analysis, due diligence, and regulatory monitoring within the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compliance risk analysis and verification during business acquisition processes, including country‑specific reviews.
• Conduct third‑party due diligence and maintain documentary filing.
• Review and negotiate compliance clauses in contracts.
• Monitor affiliates’ execution of compliance policies and support internal remediation linked to audit findings.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier checks, interfacing with AML considerations.
• Track regulatory changes and industry standards in the compliance field.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and lessons‑learned case studies.
• Support preliminary fact‑finding for investigations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline with interest in compliance, ethics, or risk management.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, multicultural aerospace environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
